Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Free shipping is available on some products.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).

 

  • For larger items, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery slot.
  • For 2-person deliveries over 200 kg (441 lb), we will request a custom shipping quote from our carriers. Please note that delivery times may be scheduled directly with you and may differ from your initially requested timeframe.

 

  • While size is the main factor in determining delivery requirements, we also consider an item’s fragility, bulkiness, materials, and other characteristics. Some items may be small but still require specialist handling due to their delicate nature. Examples include mirrors and clocks with a high glass content.

 

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to British mainland  only.

 

Weight Warning: 

  • Items and parts are heavy! Ensure care when lifting, assembling and turning the item.
  • If assembly is required lay the pieces on firm, flat ground or surface to assemble parts.
  • Work in a well-lit, dry area.
  • Assembly requires a minimum of 2 people.
  • Risk of injury if assembly instruction and warning not followed.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@Blissveranda.com within 2 days of delivery.
